The Mira Road train (railway) station on the Western Railway line of the Mumbai suburban railway. Mira Road today is one of the most growing areas in Mumbai. Thakur Mall, Cine Max Theater , Rassaz Theater , Reliance Fresh, Big Bazaar, Asmita supermarket, Spinach, Reebok Store, Subhiksha, Vijay Sales and various other shopping outlets and malls are present at this place. Pune

Sanathnagar

Jeedimetla Industrial Area
Jeedimetla is the northern most region of Secunderabad and is about 12 kms from the city center. Medak Road provides the access to the region.The airport is about 9 kms from Jeedimetla region. Hyderabad Airport, wich provides the service is situated towards the south of Jeedimetla Industrial Area.
Trimulgherry
Trimulgherry constitutes one popular residential area of Secunderabad. The Bolarum Road coming from the further north passes through the region and proceeds south into the interiors of Hyderabad city.Some popular localities of the region include Pedda Kamalagiri, Banjara Nagar, Gandhi Nagar and Vivekanandapuram. The Railway Station at Ramakrishnapuram also avails the opportunity of reaching the place. Chennai
The demand for real estate in Chennai is largely driven by the growth of IT and BPO sector. OMR Road
The old Mahabalipuram IT corridor is also seeing a new face. This six-lane highway stretching 20 kms is home to many MNCs who are setting up operations here. This has resulted in property prices shooting up in this area. Prices of lands in the Guindy and Ambattur are also shooting up.
Nungambakkam
Majority of retail activity in Chennai is primarily concentrated in and around Nungambakkam, Cathedral Road and T Nagar. Other prominent retail areas are Anna Nagar, Adyar, Besant Nagar, Purasawakkam and Mylapore. The majority of the silk and jeweler retail is in T Nagar. Most of the new brands have positioned T Nagar, high on their priority list for showroom space.
Anna Nagar
The location serves the western part of the city.The Spencer Plaza, which started with a built up area of 3,00,000 sq ft, has now become the mega mall of city with 1.05 million sq ft. The mall nearing completion is near Chennai City Centre on RK Salai road, promoted by the ETA group. It covers 3 lakh sq ft, out of which 2 lakh sq ft, is for shopping and multiplex theatre. The remaining 1 lakh sq ft is for office space. Anchor tenants of this mall are Lifestyle and INOX Multiplex. The second mall being developed is the Ampa Mall on Nelson Manickam Road, with 4-lakh sq ft built up area, and retail area of about 3 lakh sq ft.
Vellachery
Velachery is surrounded by IIT Madras in the south-east, Taramani in the east and Adambakkam in the northwest; other neighbouring areas include Madippakkam, Guindy, Adyar and Thiruvanmiyur. Most of the neighbourhood is populated with houses. As more and more IT parks are emerging on the Old Mahabalipuram road, IT & working-class people are settling in Velachery. Velachery is one of the fastest developing areas in chennai.The highest socio-economic areas in Velachery are Dr. Seethapathy Nagar, Dhandeeswaram, and Vijaya Nagar. Some other areas are Chelliamman Nagar, Ramagiri Nagar, VGP Selva Nagar, Baby Nagar, Seva Nagar, Seshadripuram, Sri Devi Karumari Amman Nagar, Srinivasa nagar, Annai Indira Nagar, Anna Nagar, Tansi Nagar, Sarathy Nagar, Udhayam Nagar, AG's colony, Ram Nagar, Devi Karumariamman Nagar, Gangai Nagar, Venkateshwara Nagar, M.G.R Nagar, Lakshmi Nagar TNHB colony,Sasi Nagar, Ashtalakshmi Nagar, Jaganathapuram, Seva Nagar, Telugu Brahmin Street Rajalakshmi Nagar and Balamurugan Nagar.
Delhi/NCR
Next follows South Delhi- expensive, green, clean, historic, though not well-planned. It is the second most posh locality of Delhi after Central Delhi. South Delhi has 20-25% green cover and is the second highest among all zones of Delhi. Places like Safdarjung Development Area- Delhi second most expensive locality, Hauz Khas, Greater Kailash, Alaknanda, Vasant Kunj, Defence Colony, New Friends Colony, Green Park, etc are considered as the poshest localities in Delhi for some reason or the other.
In West Delhi, there is one Dwarka Subcity- so magnificent the tag subcity has been appended to it! It is a planned residential colony, very close to the airport and arguably the best place to stay in Delhi, given one has heart to laugh any criminal incidents away.
East Delhi barely has any such colonies, though Mayur Vihar is an exception to this. East is the most overpopulated and full of shanties.
North Delhi is a developing region of Delhi. Though predominantly industrial, this is undergoing many project implementations, aimed at raising residential complexes here. Narela Subcity is a future residential hub being built on the lines of Dwarka. Current renowned top localities in North Delhi are Pitampura and Rohini.

- Highway Corridor Zone proposed with a minimum width of 500 metres on either side of ROW of National Highways. Approximate area is 300 km2 (excluding controlled areas).
The development of the region has given strong impetus to the development of real estate in this entire region. Leading developers like Tata Housing has come up luxury properties such as Raisina Residency and Primanti in Gurgaon. In other areas as well many leading real estate brands have strong presence and are constructing properties in large scale.
